COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES FOR CLIENTS

In order to protect yourself, other clients, our staff and their families, as well as the continuity of veterinary services we ask that you please follow the relevant safety measures described below.

LAGGANULVA CLINIC

  • Pre-arranged visits only.

  • Please arrive no earlier than expected and park in the space by the caravan and shed.

  • Remain in your vehicle.

  • If after five minutes no one has acknowledged your arrival give two short blasts on your horn and continue to wait in your vehicle.

  • Wear an effective well-secured face mask - please advise us in advance if you are unable to do so.

  • We will initially consult with you through the vehicle window.

  • We will collect your pet and take them for examination and treatment while you wait in your car.

  • To maintain social distance we will collect your pet in their cage or basket, or via a long lead.

  • Please maintain social distance from staff and others on the premises.

HOME, FARM and EQUINE VISITS

  • Wear an effective well-secured face mask - please advise us in advance if you are unable to do so.

  • Maintain social distance where possible.

  • As far as possible minimise time in close proximity to our staff.

  • Help protect our staff from injury. Handling large animals can be hazardous, therefore if appropriate consider recruiting additional help to move and restrain them.
